At Roughhouse Skates all of our prices are in Canadian Dollars. When purchasing please consider shipping costs and applicable taxes from where you are located. Taxes and shipping is automatically added.

Shipping Options

Roughhouse Skates by default ships Canada Post Regular Parcel. This is the most inexpensive method of shipment and is what is added to your order after it’s been made. If you would like faster shipment we are more than happy to find the fastest and best rate possible. We ship UPS, FedEx, Purolator or we can ship using a courier of your choice by simply e-mailing or calling us and we can give you an estimate.

Canada Post Regular Parcel

Orders can take 1 - 2 business days to process. Shipping is 7 to 10 business days from the time it leaves the warehouse. Shipping time is based on business days (excluding weekends and holidays) some orders may ship faster than others.

Shipping rates are based on weight and size.

All Canada post shipment's come with signature required and tracking. If your unavailable to be available when shipment arrive then it will be held at the post office for pick up and you must bring and show government ID for pick up.

Rush delivery is available worldwide for an additional fee; please contact us to inquire as to whether your desired product can be rushed.

All Canada Post shipment's come with signature required and tracking for the security of you and for Roughhouse Skates resulting in additional cost of $1.50.

If you’re unavailable when shipment arrives then it will be held at the post office for pick up. You’ll have to bring and show government ID for pick up.

Some items are drop shipped from manufacturers or distributors, as a number of skating products are custom manufactured or built to order.

We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by inclement weather, security checks, or any other situation that is beyond ours or the courier’s control.

Products that offer "Free Shipping" include Canada Post Regular Parcel shipping within Canada only and must be ordered alone or with other "Free Shipping" items.

No free shipping to Nunavut, Yukon, Northwest Territories.  For fastest service, orders may be split and shipped from different locations.

The free shipping credit applies one-way only. All exchanges, refunds or customer mistakes are subject to regular shipping rates.

Free Shipping products are subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned for refund/exchange.

The customer pays for shipping in all directions unless we make the mistake of shipping you a different item from what you ordered.

If a shipping mistake occurs due to our negligence, we will issue a Return Label to get the incorrect item back to us and then reship the correct item to you. No additional shipping cost falls on you, the customer.

We will not refund you the shipping cost of the package if an item is missing or if your order is incomplete. In that case we will ship the missing item(s) to you immediately at no additional charge.

Roughhouse Skates DOES NOT profit monetarily nor reap any other benefits from the taxes imposed on the customer by their respective government such as GST, HST, VAT or brokerage fees.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances and acts, resulting in shipping delays, monetary compensation will NOT be offered.
