Returns

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase in unused, like-new condition the skates/shoes/items you receive are new. We strongly recommend that you try them on INDOORS ON CARPETED SURFACES to make certain proper fit before using them at all.  This will preserve the condition of the items should you choose to return them.

  • Items purchased on roughhouseskates.com cannot be returned to our store location.
  • Copy of the customer receipt and original packing slip must accompany all returns.
  • Refund will be issued only to the original credit card.

Return Instructions:

Call 905-531-9067 for pre-authorization number (RA#).

  • Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition.
  • Use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton.
  • Include the customer receipt and original packing slip, then pack and tape your package securely, please indicate the RA# and reason for return on the invoice.

Damaged or missing items:
Please report damaged or missing items within 3 days of delivery by calling 905-531-9067.

Exchanges:
If you need to get a size larger, smaller, or different skate, no problem e-mail or call 905-578-2888. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges unless we sent you something you didn't order such as wrong size or product in that case we pay the shipping.

Exceptions:

Some of the manufacturers, Cancellations or special orders are subject to 15% restocking fee when returned. For most return they do not have any restock fees.

Custom made products:

No returns.

 

Gift Certificates and Store Credit:

Cannot be exchanged or returned for cash.

Roughhouse Skates reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
